Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery: Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow its progress.

Delivery protection: If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us at support@calenorx.com and we'll work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Delayed deliveries: Shipping delays can occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist if your order is significantly delayed.

Incorrect address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We may not be able to recover or replace orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.
